Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Any requests after 30 days will not be entertained. Please make sure to contact us first by emailing service@ohmasy.com.

Return and Exchange Conditions

2. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
3. All items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with laces, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide some photos: photos of the product.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

General Return Process
1. Initiate a return: Please send photos and/or videos of the item to service@ohmasy.com and inform your order number. Our customer service staff will determine if your return request qualifies within 3 business days.
2. Send the item back: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address (please note that the return address is different from the address we shipped from), as well as instructions on where to send the package. (Note: unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange using a shipping method that provides tracking information and signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3. Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then provide a replacement.

Return Fees
If the return is due to our problem (such as: wrong product, product quality problem), we will provide you with a full refund including return shipping costs;
If the return is due to the buyer's problem (for example: don't like/want the item, or ordered the wrong product/quantity), the buyer should pay the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be provided within 2-3 business days via the original payment method (such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, etc.).
If you do not receive the refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially received. If you have completed all operations and still have not received the refund, please contact us by email service@ohmasy.com and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

If you have paid but the item has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before it arrives. We will refund the full amount. The payment will be refunded directly to the account you paid, Visa, Shop Pay, PayPal, etc. If you do not receive payment within 48 hours, please email us and we will respond within 24 hours.
Orders cannot be cancelled after the package is shipped, and customers will be responsible for shipping costs if cancelled.
